As a Learning Manager, you'll report to Lead-Sales Trainer and will be a part of EMBU

A Day in the life

Train manpower at the dealer end for a delighted customer service experience.
New Product Training and Feedback
Mentoring and career path guidance to dealer staff, Motivating and creating a Teambuilding spirit
Ensuring required Manpower Availability and Product + behavioural Training certification and ensuring customer delight, dealership viability, and profitability.
On Job Training to handhold weak and low-performing dealers
Work and train dealer manpower on digital platforms and develop conduct as and when required.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B tech or MBA
4-6 years (Automobile)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Tech savvy and an interest in using technology to succeed
∙ Strong communicator, both written and verbal
∙ The business partnership approach to identifying training needs
