Job Description

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About UsBrick on Brick is an innovative learning studio that uses LEGO®-based, play-based learning to develop creativity, problem-solving, communication, and early STEM skills in children aged 3–8 years.

RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher who enjoys working with young children and is excited to learn a unique, hands-on teaching approach.

  • ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting LEGO-based learning sessions
  • Engage and interact with children in a fun, positive, and encouraging manner
  • Help with classroom setup and organisation
  • Support children's learning and development through play
  • Work closely with the lead facilitator during sessions
  • RequirementsFluency in spoken English is essential
  • Passion for working with young children
  • Willingness to learn an innovative teaching method
  • Energetic, patient, responsible, and committed
  • Prior experience with children is preferred but not mandatory
