Key Responsibilities

Inward Management

• Receive raw materials, hardware, laminates, plywood, fabrics, and finished goods from vendors.
• Verify quantity and quality against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery challans.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Update inward entries in ERP/Tally/Excel.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Purchase Department.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials. 

Outward & Dispatch Management

• Process material requisitions from production and sales teams.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with transporters for customer deliveries and inter-branch transfers.
• Ensure timely dispatch of furniture orders as per delivery schedules.
• Maintain outward registers and dispatch records. 

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials and finished furniture.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records.
