Manager - Admin & Procurement

- Responsible for managing administrative and procurement functions within the organization. - Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, and ensure timely availability of resources. - Handle office administration tasks including facility management, coordination, and compliance. - Lead a team to ensure smooth operations in administrative and procurement activities. - Coordinate with various departments to fulfill their procurement needs efficiently. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to procurement and administration. - Manage budgeting and cost control related to procurement and administrative expenses. - Maintain records and documentation for procurement and administrative processes. - Support senior management with reports and analysis related to procurement and administration. - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in procurement and administrative operations.
