Job Description

Plan, manage, and execute integration testing and Environment activities for FM Converge (FMC) platform and related upstream/downstream systems.Review business, functional, and system requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering end-to-end business processes, system interfaces,Coordinate with business, support, and development teams to understand business flows and dependencies.Perform root cause analysis for issues identified during testing and work with development teams for resolution.Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to defined quality assurance standards and guidelines.Maintain detailed documentation including test plans, test data, test execution logs, and defect reports.Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation frameworksParticipate in daily status calls, defect triage meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Ensure testing deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables, aligned with project timelines.Support post-production deployment validations and early life support (Warranty Phase).• High quality deployment and management of environments and High quality integration testing with minimal production issues post go live.• Timely closure of deployment activities within defined schedules.• Accurate test data setup and management across integrated environments.• Effective communication with stakeholders for requirement clarification, issue resolution and testing updates.• Active participation in project lifecycle activities – requirements review, test planning, release planning and cutover rehearsals.
