Job Description
About JobWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role blends customer engagement with back-office support, ensuring smooth service delivery, accurate documentation, and strong client relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about products and services.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customer accounts through effective communication.
- Record and update customer interactions in CRM and back-office systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Support operational activities including documentation, account processing, and coordination with internal teams.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Assist in generating leads and supporting sales initiatives where required.
- Monitor and follow communication guidelines, policies, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.

- Ability to multitask and manage both customer-facing and back-office responsibilities.
