Position: Business HeadRole Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead business development, sales, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives for our forging and industrial machinery division. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing key customer relationships, increasing revenue, and driving overall business performance.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business growth strategies for forging presses, hammers, hydraulic presses, automation systems, and turnkey projects.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across automotive, aerospace, railway, defense, oil & gas, and general engineering sectors.
• Lead sales and marketing activities to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage key customer accounts and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for successful project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.
• Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and management presentations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and service coordination.
• Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA (Marketing/Operations) preferred.
• 8–15 years of experience / Fresher in industrial machinery, forging, metal forming, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of forging processes, industrial automation, and capital equipment sales.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Forging Presses, Electric Screw Presses, Pneumatic Hammers, Hydraulic Presses, and Automation Systems.
• Strategic planning and business management.
• CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Project management and customer relationship management.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
