NDR & Dispatch Executive (Delhivery Portal Experience Required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NDR & Dispatch Executive who has hands-on experience with the Delhivery Portal and can efficiently manage daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of improving COD delivery performance, reducing RTO, and ensuring timely parcel deliveries.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases on the Delhivery Portal.
  • Coordinate with customers and courier teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Ensure maximum COD parcel deliveries with minimum RTO.
  • Monitor shipment tracking and delivery performance.
  • Handle shipment dispatch and manifest operations.
  • Follow up with Delhivery teams for delayed or stuck shipments.
  • Coordinate for re-attempts, address corrections, and delivery escalations.
  • Prepare daily reports for Dispatch, Delivered, NDR, RTO, and Pending Shipments.
  • Maintain high delivery success rates through proactive follow-ups.
  • Resolve logistics issues quickly and professionally.
  • Required SkillsHands-on experience with the Delhivery Portal.
  • Strong knowledge of NDR handling and Dispatch Management.
  • Understanding of COD logistics and RTO reduction strategies.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Preferred CandidateExperience in an eCommerce or logistics company.
  • Proven track record of improving COD delivery performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.
