Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and deliver projects on schedule. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and clients. 

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

* Manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

* Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.

* Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

* Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory records.

* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

* Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.

* Conduct site inspections and report any deviations.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and clients.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site. 

Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.

* Ability to read construction drawings .

* Good communication and team management skills.
