Job Description

ob SummaryResponsible for handling billing, cash transactions, customer payments, and maintaining accurate daily sales records while providing excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer billing accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
  • Maintain the cash counter and ensure proper cash handling.
  • Prepare daily sales and cash closing reports.
  • Verify cash collections and reconcile with POS sales.
  • Assist customers with billing queries and product information.
  • Coordinate with the Outlet Manager on cash deposits and discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
  • Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and upselling opportunities.
  • Follow company policies and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • KPIs100% billing accuracy.
  • Zero cash shortages or excess.
  • Timely daily cash reconciliation.
  • Fast billing and excellent customer service.
  • Compliance with all billing and cash handling procedures.
