Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory. The position demands a proactive approach to bringing emerging ideas to fruition while collaborating across teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant innovations into project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Strong knowledge of performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear articulation of technical concepts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
