Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesSource and identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
  • Assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific job roles.
  • Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers or clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Update and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
  • Achieve recruitment targets within assigned timelines.
  • RequirementsProven experience in recruitment, preferably freelance or remote hiring.
  • Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices and job market trends.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
  • Successful track record of hiring across multiple industries and job roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
  • Strong ethical approach and commitment to fair hiring practices.
