Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Plastic Engineering, or related field

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with strong expertise in Plastic Injection Molding operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing manpower, ensuring product quality, maintaining machine efficiency, and achieving daily production targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations of the molding production line.
• Ensure achievement of daily production targets as per planning.
• Monitor machine performance, productivity, and cycle times.
• Manage machine operators, technicians, and helpers effectively.
• Coordinate mold changeovers, machine setup, and production scheduling.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production.
• Minimize rejection, wastage, and machine downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Store, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace discipline.
• Monitor raw material utilization and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot routine molding process and machine-related issues.
• Implement and maintain 5S and good manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding processes.
• Experience in mold changing and machine setup.
• Ability to handle production planning and manpower management.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and production KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in bathroom accessories, hardware products, sanitaryware, or plastic component manufacturing.
• Exposure to automated and semi-automated molding machines.
• Experience handling large production teams and multiple machines.
