Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business stakeholders is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively support operational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with strategic objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements and validate process designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SingleView.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and model complex business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating clear, actionable process maps.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and use cases.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaborative discussions.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools to enhance operational workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SingleView.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
