Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Acquire new customers and generate business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding loan processing and documentation.
- Monitor collections and ensure timely repayments.
- Assist in team coordination and performance monitoring.
- Prepare reports and maintain branch records.
- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Loan, Collection, or Field Sales.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in achieving sales/business targets.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
