Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Achieve branch business and enrollment targets.
  • Generate new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Monitor collections and ensure timely installment payments.
  • Conduct chit auctions and maintain proper records.
  • Lead, train, and supervise branch staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and chit fund regulations.
  • Prepare branch performance reports and coordinate with the head office.
