As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration across teams to drive the project forward while addressing challenges and aligning deliverables with business objectives. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing the technical aspects and facilitating smooth progress throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of financial supply chain management processes and treasury operations.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
