Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about travel, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping clients plan their journeys, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
  • Assist clients with hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel insurance.
  • Process tourist and business visa applications.
  • Provide accurate travel advice and itinerary planning.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, VFS centres, and travel partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Resolve travel-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
