Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and managing comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various aspects of project execution within a globally distributed delivery environment, ensuring that all phases of the project lifecycle are effectively planned, monitored, and controlled. The practitioner collaborates with diverse teams to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while adapting to dynamic project requirements and facilitating smooth communication across multiple stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the project management processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools relevant to SAP Concur implementations.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with global teams and clients.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project control and delivery.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
