The practitioner actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges proactively, and supports the overall execution strategy to meet project objectives within a globally distributed environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools related to SAP Concur implementations.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within a global delivery framework.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
