Roles & responsibilities 
Working as an Analyst in this team, your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for preparation & maintenance of the MIS Reports on Daily, Weekly, & Monthly metrics.
Prepare slide decks for Quarterly and Monthly KPI review meetings
Day to day follow up and coordination with cross functional to ensure timely Tracking and addressing business requirements within required timeline.
Mine data from different data sources and should be able to re-cut data into various meaningful reports.
Functional mailbox management.
Monitoring and managing work to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.
Continuously evolve existing reporting methods to improve presentation and clarity of KPIs reported to leadership
Liaise with IT team for updates and amendments.
Create, manage, and complete office projects as and when required.
Lead efforts in creation of standard operating procedures (S.O.P.’s) and other documentations.
Thorough, diligent and executing the tasks with a high level of accuracy. 
Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members
Excellent in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table &  Pivot Table Chart, Forms, If/else statements, data validation & Scenarios).

Educational qualifications 
Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputed University
Work experience
Relevant experience in operations management for 1-2 years.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills to meet challenging timelines
