- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable custom solutions within Salesforce platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing performance of Salesforce applications.
