Job Title: RecruiterJob SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary and assist in the offer and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Qualifications - Bachelor's degree OR H S PASS in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
• Preferred QualitiesPositive attitude and self-motivation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
