The Regional Facility Manager oversees and leads the end-to-end delivery of complex facilities management operations, ensuring compliance, safety, service excellence, and effective stakeholder and team management across assigned sites.Job Description
About the Role:
- Ensures regulatory compliance, safety, and proper maintenance of all assigned sites and assets
- Leads planning and execution of facilities operations, including inspections, maintenance, and upkeep
- Manages supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement processes (end-to-end P2P)
- Oversees budgeting, cost control, and reporting (OPEX/CAPEX, performance, incidents, and service delivery)
- Leads teams and drives stakeholder engagement, performance management, and continuous service improvement
About You:
- Higher Level Qualification / Certification (such as Degree or Diploma) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management, or related/equivalent course of study.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles (including developmental roles) along with a consistent track record of success and achievements in prior developmental roles.
- Possess an expert level knowledge of complex large-scale building systems and property operations (such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building management and control and/or related systems knowledge and competencies)
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills (ideally multi-lingual)
- Demonstrable leadership experience with high-performing teams
