Job Description

My Happy Journey is looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants to handle domestic holiday package enquiries and convert leads into bookings.

Responsibilities✅ Handle inbound travel enquiries from website, WhatsApp, Facebook and Google Ads

✅ Call fresh leads within 5 minutes

✅ Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages

✅ Prepare itineraries and quotations for Kerala, Kashmir, Goa, Andaman, Himachal and other domestic destinations

✅ Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into bookings

✅ Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and operations team

✅ Update lead status in CRM

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements✔ Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada/Tamil/Telugu preferred

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Passion for travel and tourism

✔ Sales or telecalling experience preferred

✔ Freshers with excellent communication can apply
