A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Role: Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products or services and their benefits.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
