Job Description
Namyaa is a fast-growing women's wellness brand. We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to own paid and organic growth across our D2C channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable pulling levers on a Meta campaign and building a long-term SEO strategy.
● Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and emerging platforms.
● Own end-to-end campaign management — targeting, creative briefing, bid strategy, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
● Drive and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
● Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages; translate findings into actionable optimisations.
● Manage retargeting, lookalike, and CRM-based audience strategies.
