Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing US sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Present and promote company services effectively to generate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Assist in creating proposals, presentations and sales materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Confident and comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
• Goal-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
• Basic knowledge of the US IT job market (Visa types, tax terms) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools preferred.
