Job Summary

Cloud Operations
Administer and support Azure cloud environments across multiple subscriptions
Monitor cloud health availability and performance
Manage Azure resources including VMs Storage Networking Backup and Security services
Implement and maintain highavailability and disasterrecovery solutions
Incident Problem Management
Resolve P1P2 incidents within SLA timelines
Perform RCA and implement preventive actions
Coordinate with application network and security teams for issue resolution
Monitoring Optimization
Configure monitoring ing and observability solutions
Proactively identify risks and performance bottlenecks
Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives
Automation
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI
Automate cloud provisioning patching maintenance and reporting activities
Support Infrastructure as Code implementations
