Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Google Sheets with accurate order information.
- Manage COD and prepaid orders efficiently.
- Track and update NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases.
- Coordinate with the telecalling team regarding order status and follow-ups.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across all records.
- Prepare daily order and status reports.
