The role is dynamic, involving coordination across teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and architectural design principles related to .NET technologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware components within .NET environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
