Position: Field Sales Officer – Eternia Windows

Location: RR Nagar, Bengaluru


Business: Eternia Windows (A brand of Hindalco Industries Limited, part of the Aditya Birla Group)

Role SummaryThe Field Sales Officer will be responsible for generating business opportunities, engaging with customers, promoting Eternia products, converting enquiries into sales, and coordinating installations. The role demands extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, relationship management, and business development activities across the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities·        Generate enquiries through field activities, references, market networking, and lead generation activities.

·        Conduct market scanning to identify potential customers, projects, builders, and renovation opportunities.

·        Meet prospective customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

·        Deliver detailed product presentations and demonstrations to customers, architects, builders, and interior designers.

·        Follow up regularly with prospects to drive sales conversions.

·        Conduct site visits and perform preliminary site measurements.

·        Coordinate with technical and installation teams for accurate measurements and timely execution.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and other key influencers.

·        Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.

·        Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.

·        Follow up for repeat orders, referrals, and additional business opportunities.

·        Coordinate and monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and installation activities.

·        Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation lifecycle.

·        Maintain sales reports, customer database, visit records, and market intelligence.

·        Represent the Eternia brand professionally and uphold the quality standards associated with Hindalco and the Aditya Birla Group.


Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

·        Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holders are also encouraged to apply.

Experience:

·        0 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, windows & doors, aluminium products, construction materials, interiors, or related industries.

Required Skills

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

·        Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.

·        Ability to generate and convert enquiries independently.

·        Good relationship-building and networking capabilities.

·        Basic understanding of measurements, construction drawings, and site coordination will be an added advantage.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based reporting applications.

·        Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is COMPULSORY.

·        Customer meetings conducted.

·        Architect and influencer meetings completed.

·        Sales conversion ratio.

·        Order value achieved.

·        New customer acquisition.

Compensation·        Monthly Salary: INR 18,000 to INR 22,000
