Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead and develop relationships with TASC clients and institutional businesses. The ideal candidate will drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
As the Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our TASC business and institutional client base. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. - Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new TASC and institutional clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services.
- Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's reputation.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of team management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially in the TASC domain.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
