- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within identity management systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development to connect various enterprise applications.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of software solutions to meet business demands.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
