As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure smooth execution and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope and schedule.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
