Specialist - System Management
IT Infrastructure Operations Analyst
Location PuneRemote
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems specializing in patch management and automation This role is critical to ensuring system security stability and efficiency through proactive patching and automated workflows
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers across production and development environments
Perform patch management for operating systems and applications ensuring compliance with security standards
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline system administration tasks
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and apply fixes promptly
Document processes configurations and automation workflows for future reference
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux distributions eg RHEL Ubuntu
Handson experience with patching tools WSUS SCCM Ansible or similar
Proficiency in automation scripting PowerShell Bash Python preferred
Familiarity with configuration management tools Ansible Puppet Chef
Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms Azure AWS
Knowledge of CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
Relevant Certifications
Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Red Hat Certified System Administrator RHCSA
CompTIA Linux
CompTIA Security
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
