Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily office and branch operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of office areas, classrooms, reception, and common areas.
- Support staff with basic administrative and coordination work.
- Handle files, documents, registers, study material, and office records properly.
- Assist in arranging classrooms, seminar halls, meetings, and student activities.
- Support front office, counsellors, and branch staff whenever required.
- Help in distributing study material, forms, ID cards, receipts, and other student-related documents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams if required.
- Ensure office supplies, stationery, and basic materials are available.
- Run small office errands as per branch or management requirements.
- Report maintenance issues or office requirements to the concerned person.
- Follow company rules, timings, and instructions from reporting managers.
- Required SkillsResponsible and disciplined attitude.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Good coordination and teamwork.
- Punctual, honest, and hardworking.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to support different office tasks.
