Summary:
As a Responsible Artificial Intelligence Technology Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and deployment of solutions that prioritize ethical considerations in artificial intelligence applications. This role requires aligning projects with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks while fostering collaboration across various teams. The position demands leadership in guiding the adoption of responsible AI practices and ensuring that technological advancements are implemented with integrity and accountability. Engaging with stakeholders to promote awareness and adherence to responsible AI principles is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical guidelines into AI project workflows and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between cross-functional groups to enhance responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding and application of ethical AI principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure management.
- Experience with designing scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning deployment on cloud platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
- Understanding of compliance and security standards relevant to cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
