The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives. The role is dynamic and involves continuous engagement with various teams to facilitate smooth transitions and improvements in business operations.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in documenting complex business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Ability to conduct thorough user and task analysis to capture detailed business needs.
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive project execution.
