📍 Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

⏰ Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Inform customers about company products, services, and offers

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Build positive relationships with customers and maintain follow-ups

• Convert leads into sales opportunities

• Draft and respond to emails professionally

• Maintain customer records and update data in the system

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong convincing and customer-handling skills
