Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery processes and client satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong understanding of business process architecture and integration.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
