Job Description – Purchase ExecutivePosition: Purchase Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Qualification: BBA or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management

Job Type: Full-Time

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per company requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, supplier information, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of received materials meet company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Required SkillsStrong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
