Translate complex telecom business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions. Design and implement modular, extensible, and high-performance enterprise applications. Drive modernization and refactoring initiatives for legacy C++ applications. Design solutions supporting Telecom Provisioning, Service Activation, Circuit Management, and PON technologies. Integrate enterprise applications with Oracle and DB2 databases while ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Design and implement multi-threaded, concurrent, and asynchronous applications. Develop solutions requiring IPC, Message Queues, Socket Programming, and REST API integrations. Establish coding standards, architecture governance, and development best practices. Lead code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Define and implement logging frameworks, configuration management, audit trails, rollback mechanisms, and error-handling strategies. Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting, profiling, and optimization initiatives. Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with application security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, QA, DevOps, and architecture groups. Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
