Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial or commercial electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, wiring, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Inspect electrical systems and identify potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Use electrical testing instruments and tools efficiently.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician.
• ITI (Electrician), Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, motors, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
