Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our industrial products division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting companies, promoting products through samples, and generating B2B as well as B2C orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new companies and potential customers on a daily basis.
• Conduct field visits and product demonstrations using company samples.
• Generate new B2B and B2C business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into orders.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business discussions.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in industrial products.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development activities.
