Collections Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers for collections purposes.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Utilize banking software and CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer payment information.
• Resolve customer queries and provide necessary information related to payments.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Identify and escalate potential payment issues or disputes to the relevant teams.
• Maintain a high level of data privacy and security, adhering to company policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service.

• Minimum 6–12 months of Outbound Collection customer service experience in the Banking or BFSI industry preferrable
• Strong ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with banking software, CRM systems, and online banking platforms is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of collections processes and payment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with company policies and procedures.
