Job Description
<
Submission of Daily & Weekly Reports; Proper Filing & Maintenance of all documents and Records; Petty Cash Maintenance and Reconciliation
Preparation and Filing of TDS, GST Returns and Compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF and other applicable statutory payments timeline
Reconciliation of Ledger Balances with Customers and obtaining Balance Confirmation on Quarterly and Yearly basis. Maintenance of Customer Database
Invoicing as per approved Price List, Filing of POD for all invoices, Accounting TDS Credits as per 26AS, Reporting Plan Vs Actuals Billed and its deviation, Ageing Debtors; FG Stock Statement Submission
Accounting of Purchase Bills, Validation of GRN, Payment process as per Purchase Plan, Monitoring Freight Costing
Adherence to Cybele SOP and HR Policy
