Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to assist clients in buying and selling properties in a professional manner. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, doing follow up calls, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer service and market knowledge.

• Key Responsibilities: Doing cold calls, project site visits, client management, follow ups
• Handle client inquiries and provide property options based on their requirements
• Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales is preferred
• Strong persuasion skills
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work on targets and under pressure
• Minimum Own Two-Wheeler
• Site visits scheduled and completed
• Preferred Qualities:Presentable and confident personality
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Good understanding of local property market/builder projects
