About the Role

ibaby is a premium baby retail brand offering parents in Delhi NCR a curated range of essentials across feeding, travel gear, bath & body, toys, and accessories. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Retail Salesperson to join our Punjabi Bagh store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in retail, with full on-the-job training provided. No prior work experience is required — what matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

•    Greet and assist customers on the shop floor with a warm, helpful approach

•    Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs

•    Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store presentation

•    Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organisation

•    Support billing and checkout processes when required

•    Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the Store Manager

•    Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned section at all times

•    Participate in store opening and closing procedures as directed

•    Learn and stay updated on product knowledge across categories

Requirements

•    Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree of any discipline

•    No prior work experience required — freshers are encouraged to apply

•    Good English communication skills

•    Friendly, presentable, and willing to engage with customers

•    Willingness to learn and follow store processes

•    Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment

•    Punctual, reliable, and a team player

Good to Have

•    Prior exposure to a retail or customer-facing environment (internship, part-time work, etc.)

•    Interest in baby and parenting products

•    Basic computer literacy
