Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent disruptions and enhance overall service quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline incident resolution processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of log management and data analysis within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable monitoring solutions using Splunk.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and automation tools to support application environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Splunk Enterprise Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
