Credit Officer
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Prospecting for new customers through market mapping, cold calling, and builder tie-ups. [1, 2]
- Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual loan origination and disbursal targets. [1]
- File Processing & Documentation: Collecting and verifying financial documents, conducting site/property visits, and managing end-to-end processing. [1, 2]
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients, real estate developers, and Direct Selling Associates (DSAs) to ensure a steady pipeline. [1, 2]
- Customer Service & Compliance: Resolving client queries and strictly adhering to KYC, regulatory, and credit guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
